◆ This serial machine is suitable for rough/finish machining heavy-duty roll. Machine bed includes 2 kinds of models: bed of integral 3 guide ways and bed of integral 4 guide ways. The quenched guide ways greatly inprove machine accuracy and service life. Main drive of machine is driven by DC motor,spindle speed change can be reached with mechanical speed-varying device. Spindle with optimum supporting span is suppotred by double-column short cylindrical roll bearings with high accuracy and adjustable radial backlash, therefore swiveling accuracy and rigidity of spindle are anhanced. CNC system are mainly from SIMENS CO. Or FANUC CO..Other CNC system is available at user's request. Furthermore, double tool posts and other devices could be also available at user's request.
