◆ The Model SGC31125J4CNC is a 4-Axis CNC Gear Hobbing Machine derived from the Gear Hobbing Machine Model YN31125. The machine has the following axes working under the CNC control:X-axis for the radial feed,Z-axis for the axis feed,Y-axis for the hob spindle swiveling and C-axis for the worktable rotation. The hobslide shift is completed by a common motor.
◆The machine is equipped with a fanuc Oi+EGB CNC system and Acservo motors made by the Japanese Fanuc company.It is possible to set up a mono-square cutting cycle,a double-square cutting cycle,an L-cutting cycle or other cutting cycles on the machine.Apart from the cylindrical spur gears and helical gears,the machine is also capable of cutting tapered gear teeth,crowned gear teeth and the like gear teeth with special tooth profiles.
◆The main drive on the machine is transmitted from a heavy-duty AC servo spindle motor.The hob spindle is supported by high-rigidity and high-precision rolling bearings.The wormwheel pair of the worktable is made of high-grade wear-resistant bronze alloy.
◆An electronic gearbox is used to replace the change gears and the differential gears which are usually used on a conventional gear hobbing machine. Therefore, it is quite easy to complete the machine setup and the machine operation.
